What if we run some sort of pay service?
I will eventually stop comparing to realishracing, but they have a thing called the pleb club: the club is free to race but when the grids get too big and the number has to be cut down the pleb club members get priority... to run a team you have to have the gold version of this membership.
I guess something like that would work here, but maybe not the requirement for teams... or maybe the other way round?
