NEW GID FOR GSC.

Hi guys,
Here is a new link to the GID for Game stock car. This works for both steam and non steam versions. I have tested it myself.
Main change is that you do not have to rename to rfactor.
Also a couple extra gauges etc. Works exactly the same as old gid.
