V8 SUPERCARS CHALLENGE

We will be driving the V8 Supercars on Monday evenings for the next few weeks to give you all time to do some new GT3 skins for season 2.
Also, we need time to test the GT3 cars with the update.
These are the only tin-top cars we have not tried that are part of the game.
They are not that easy to drive and I will be posting hints and tips on how to drive them in the next few days.

First tip:

Only tip i can offer is brake 50m sooner than you normally would in other cars.
Soften the front ARB 1 or 2 clicks.
The Super V8's are all about straight line power. They are not known for their braking and turning ability. The SV8's are slow in / fast out.

As far as driving these beasts, all I can say is crank the brake bias rearward and learn to love trail braking . The SuperV8 is one of those incredible rare cars in sim racing that are mostly dependent on driving style instead of finding the magic setup.

Checking them out but it will be a default track.

Its just what I needed to help me improve by 2 secs from 9th to 9th.
You are awesome fast and I've no doubt sharing your setup will not lose you the race but make it more enjoyable for all by having a closer race.

SEEING as we don't award points for the v8's, some drivers would like to drive the new Mitsubishi cars next Monday.
Please let us know your thoughts as soon as possible....

Kevin, I I like the V8's much more, but I guess it wont hurt to try the Mitsubishi's seeing that we don't drive for points.

For me the Mitsubishi's are very boring if I have to be honest:).

We were thinking of trying them at Killarney.
Could be some really close, fun racing?

Yeaaah, let's try them at Killarney. Should be close. That should bring in the fun factor...
