Hello from England
Hello All,
My friend sheep suggested that I join here....
I'm 43yrs old and Sim-Race because I cannot afford to do the real thing any more - IRL I raced motorbikes.
I am not a really fast sim-racer (kinda 'mid-pack'), but I am fair, I'm an admin for 100Mbitracing - mainly for Race series - and am in the 'learning' phase of GSCE.
I'm so 'noob' to the game that I've not raced online yet.... best to practice off-line to get a feel for the cars than jump into battle, mess up and get banned
I'm really liking the 'Touring Cars' - the Mitsubishi is a real honey
Anyway, I look forward to interacting with y'all AND getting my behind handed to me on track.
Catcha Out There.
Bunny.

Re: Hello from England
Welcome Bunny.
Good to have you here.
To be honest, the quickest way to get to grips with this game is to race online. The other drivers here will help with setups and advice etc.
We have all levels of skill driving here. Join me at the back, look forward to it!
Have a blast and shout if you need help.

Nonsense Dirk!! You've been nipping at the heels of the podium the last few races, you need to slow down so we can catch up .Dirk wrote:Welcome Bunny. I'm very much mid-pack myself, so see you there!

Re: Hello from England
Thank you all for the welcomes...... I'll be on a server track soon, am getting laps under my belt without too many 'oops' moments
Hmmm, the machine in your avatar is somewhat 'bigger' than the Honda RS250R I campaigned - I rode prod sports 125 / 250 and 'National' 250 - my first meeting at Silverstone on the RS / full GP layout was an eye-opener as I got sent out with a gaggle of 750's, couldn't live with them once they got wound out, but made them look REALLY slow through the twisty bits :D:D
