MARCAS CHALLENGE ROUND 5 MIAMI BAY 24 JUNE

Awesome racing in both races between me and Ryan. It was the first race ever that I did not know what the others were doing and where they were on the track. I did not once looked at the mini map.
This track is so rewarding if you get it right, tight street racing.
With the random grid I was down in P7 from P2. At least I was ahead of Ryan but he gained quickly on me with both of us trying to pass the slower guys on track. He passed me as I accelerated too slow out of T7 after I out brake myself. As I could not gain any advantage through the pit stop, I ended the race in second place after a lap by lap fight with him.
Qualifying in second for race 2, I got into the lead through the first chicane and the fight was on again between the pair of us. I had a rather healthy lead after my pit stop and kept it to finish the race in P1.
Thanks for an awesome fight Ryan, clean and close racing. Was really hard to consistently stay away from any walls for 26 laps, one after the other.

What is going to happen with the points for the first race ?

4 of us got kicked by the server and I was doing very well, so I think its unfair if the race positions are not taken into account before the disconnect, or the first race points need to be scraped.

This is online racing
10 out of the 14 drivers finished the race and not all 4 were disconnected at the same time.
It has happened many times that drivers have been disconnected and lose the points for that race. I did restart the race as it is to give the guys a chance to rejoin which we normally don't do.
I myself have been disconnected every round for 1 race for the last 5 weeks and had to take the hit.
Every week if someone gets a DC they will then want the race scraped. These things happen and it would not be fair to take away the points from 10 drivers.
Both races will count.

Kevin, I'm pretty sure all 4 were in fact disconnected at the same time on lap 11.

Gary DC"d on lap 9 and the other 3 on lap 10.
It was not a server problem either.
Christo also looked at the detailed results.

I think this is totally unacceptable , Gary was a lap down so he would have disconnected on an earlier lap according to live timing.

Kevin you are basically saying that Gary, Ken, Mike and myself are lying saying that we all got disconnected at the same time, thanks.

A third of the drivers got disconnected from the server and you dont care that it isnt fair, also asked you to restart the server and you didnt .

Guys have been banned for bad driving and still race.

This league is a shambles with no consistancy on decisions and no care for the drivers.

As I said on the whats-app group I am out of this.
