Re: F3 SERIES 1 SINGAPORE 13th JUNE
Looking forward to this track, i enjoyed it in the Formula Reiza cars. Is this the same track, or a different version because I'm not able to download the mediafile link.
Also could i suggest we do a proper superpole qualifying here, so only 2 cars are on track at any given time. Reason being if you get held up here or distracted if can have a greater impact. The last few superpoles i noticed some guys runs very close ruining some laps and some even got slipstreams from others. If a car only leaves the pits as the car before starts his flying lap there wont be any issues!

Its the same track we used the last time...Singapore Bay.
Superpole is no problem. I will add an extra 5 minutes to qualifying.

Re: F3 SERIES 1 SINGAPORE 13th JUNE
Hi guys,
Is there a way that I can enter as a guest driver for this race meeting?
If all go as planned, I will be at home Sunday night and taking Monday off
Thanks,
Timo

No problem Timo.
Grab any default car and drive. Great to have you on track.

Re: F3 SERIES 1 SINGAPORE 13th JUNE
Sorry you could not make it Gustav, always good having you on track hounding us! Hope some Saturdays end up working for you.
As for our meeting, not a big attendance with some drivers away, some watching Le Mans and some with away business. I really enjoy throwing a formula car around this track, i know most guys dont like the track but when it goes right it feels awesome hopping over the curbs.
Qualifying i had 2 slow laps but to my surprise everyone else was also slow. I guess we all took it cautiously in qualifying. So 2 poles in the bag.
Race 1 i got a nice lead early on waiting for Christo to make his way round being the strongest challenger in practice but by the time he did i was just cruising home. Well done to all for finishing and even better for the podium finishes Christo and Eugene.
Race 2 i got a decent start but now watched the time to Christo who was in 2nd on the grid this time. I once again pulled away as he and Eugene fought over 2nd and built a nice lead and started cruising, till a few laps from the end i spun damaging the front wing. From then on i had a bit of understeer and lap times started to fall allowing Eugene to close in and on the last lap it ended in tears as i got hit from behind and spun into to wall and thus finished a 2nd as Eugene carried on to take the win. Not impressed by that kind of driving at all.
Other than that a excellent race meeting, and a track i love driving no matter the results. Look forward to seeing you guys at the next one and thanks to Shadow Racing for hosting this race.
