What was the decision regarding "maybe only 2 classes" iso all three?

I vote all 3. If there are not equal numbers in each class then i would like to suggest that if there is more than 2 seconds difference between the drivers in a particular class they must move down a class. Do you guys think that this is fair?
If so then maybe have a Friday session on example Interlagos , choose whatever suits you and the admins see from there?

Simtec Racing is also contemplating, as this season is longer and close to our hearts, we might be able to have prizes for the first place winners in each class. Will discuss this further in a different thread once I have done some more homework gentlemen.

ONLY A SUGGESTION

I think we keep all 3.
That way, if there are only a few drivers in a class, they will be more motivated to win and everyone can choose, so if you pick a class with 15 drivers as opposed to one with 3 drivers, that's your problem.
IT'S CLASS WINS THAT COUNT.
If we going to run this as a proper enduro, all 3 classes should be available.
I am also working on a new points system which should benefit even the slower drivers and motivate them to race harder. I will be talking to Marco and Christo in the next few days about this and will let you know.

The guys change their minds all the time. There will be an equal amount in all three classes I think.

As load shedding is back - how will this affect tonight's race

Was there an update to the mod? I remember that there might be some small updates\changes made for it.

P1 Porsche for me, please. I figure if I'm not going to run the P1 on this track then I won't run it anywhere.

Hi guys.

My graphics card decided to pack up today, guess that is whats been causing me some grief. So will try run off onboard graphics and see how it feels, but might have to pull out if its no good. Hopefully i can return my card monday and have a replacement sooner rather than later!

That sucks! Hope you recover soon and your onboard is good enough to at least race this weekend.

Thanks...my cars is only 10 months old, so hope the warranty sorts it out fast. Im sure onboard can run single screen ok...but my rig and setup is all configured for triples so need to move things and adjust stuff...a single 23" would be very weird.

Some good fun tonight with the Endurance cars. Had good fun.
After battling with the car in the beginning I started to get hang of the Audi. I did not try any of the other cars, cause that would have ment more practicing.
Q1 P1
After the server reset by Kev I started well down the grid. I decided that I was not going to take any chances to try up front fast as it is a long race. I new I had some good pass & was looking forward hunting Gustav down. Got a small nudge at the start that forced me to leave the track. I re-joined the track & let every one past as I took a short cut. I took it easy passing the slower cars. Once I got clear of most of the slower cars I went hunting. :)I was about 2 seconds behind Gustav when he went to pit. I thought it was a bit early. Afterwords found out he burnt engine out in the pits. Now that's the pits. hahahaahh

Made very little mistake to take P1 victory.

WD to all the guys that competed & to the podiums finishers in their classes.

My pit crew and Escom ended my race prematurely last night.
I had a good car and was progressing very well until pitstop time arrived, and while the crew were looking for fuel for me, escom blacked me out.....

As most drivers here love the longer endurance style of racing, it was disappointed to see so few drivers making it to the grid

I decided to run the event with the P2 category cars and put my Zytec on pole for the race. With the restart of the server, I was on the front row of the grid, and with a good clean start I was in the lead until the faster P1 cars passed me. Then I was in 4th place for a long time and with no cars around me was kind of boring. I was promoted to 3rd place when Gustav lost his engine in the pits...!!!???
Luckily I gained more than 2 sec a lap on Francois as I hit a wall very hard - maybe concentration. After a long pit stop to repair damage, change tyres and fuel up, I was last in the P2 class. With a good pace and after the P2 runners made their pit stop, I was in the P2 lead again. With about 4 laps remaining I hit a wall head-on again, this time due to looking away, but with a lead of about 40 seconds in front of Francois I decided to limp home in stead of pitting to have the damaged fixed.
In the end I finished 3rd overall and 1st in P2 class, without a nose that was.
WD to Gert and everyone who finished the race. See you all at the next round.

Wish i could've raced

struggled whole day with the MOD, then to rub salt into the wounds i got loadshedded from 6-8

Anyhow, busy downloading new 'fresh' GSC will be waiting for the next one
