ALL DRIVERS MUST INSTALL THEM INTO THE GAME. YOU MUST HAVE A CLEAN MOD INSTALLED WHEN ADDING THE SKINS. DELETE ANY EXTRA SKIN FOLDERS YOU HAVE ALREADY INSTALLED.

20 minute unlimited lap Qualify
Race 1:........18 LAPS WITH pit stop

10 minute unlimited lap Qualify
Race2:........18 LAPS With pit stop. At least 4 tires must be changed.

When will there be a final skin pack to download?

The full skin pack will be uploaded tonight and you can download it before 9:30pm this evening.
It won't be very big and will NOT replace any cars in the mod. They are just extra.

This is going to be one close race!!! Skins look great guys, nicely done all.

Well done everyone and congrats to the podiums and Gustav on race 1 win. Very close lap times which meant some close battles and some oopsies.

All in all lets hope the competition gets closer for all! Good start all in all for the new cars!

Well done to everybody that took part - it was a fun evening. The skins that Riaan has done for us makes me even more excited when I drive these cars

Lousy weekend

First race I was cruising in 7th place going well and took my eye off the road you know what happened next!

Race 2 I was hit from behind on turn 1 and broke the suspension. Managed to pit, but my mechanics were hung over and didn't fix the steering.
Drove another 10 laps far behind the field and then called it a night.

Well done to everyone who drove a brilliant race. There were battles all over the field and I was up against 'new' competition. Francois, Shawn and Tim kept me honest.
In race 2 I had to avoid a Razor-Dirk accident, swerve out to miss them and then got a stop-and-go penalty. I think I went into the pit lane swerving out. This cost me a podium finish but at least I recovered from last to 7th place.

I spent hours practicing for the race using several much appreciated setups from other drivers but for some reason I found it hard to go quicker than 1:31 I concluded it must be my braking points & race lines?

Race 1 : After a restart I managed to ram Fraser from behind on the start straight when he braked for the car in front which I couldn't see. My bad, sorry Fraser. I then pitted on the first lap for fuel, tyres & repairs which kept me going to the end where I finished 10th which was the best I could hope for anyway.

Race 2 : I was making progress and about to overtake my teamate Dirk at the bottom of the hill who was struggling with damage but I went offline and then onto the grass, I started to slow thinking there was a good runoff only to smash into an invisible wall!
Lets hope I can improve for the next one.

It's great that the times are so close and I think this is going to be an epic season for everyone.

First race, all went according to plan and finished 5th and I'm happy with my performance. Not sure how Christo got past me with the pit stops though?

Second race, I bumped into an upset Ken car in the first \ second corner and damaged something. Also made a mistake a few laps later, joining after letting all cars by, but managed to claw back to 8th.

*Very strange thing happened in race 1 when I was behind Razor, he completely disappeared off the track and I was 3rd for 2 seconds. Then he re-appeared and I was 4th again. Think it might be connection issues. Hopefully his can be sorted out, as the outcome could've be disastrous if the racing was closer.

@Kevin, Christie and Christo - thanks for all the admin effort.

Kevin, send your crew to the Klipdrift garages if they appear to be hung over again, we will fix them

You will see it a lot more Tim, especially with Razor. It is called lagging. He also showed going off the track and then later appear ahead of me again. Have been disastrous in the past on a few occasions when those lagging was hit by others.
