We will be running a series of 4 rounds over December on Sunday evenings with the Formula Nippon cars. They are a bit slower than the F1 we are used to but drive very well and should be great fun for the holidays.

It will be a cup event to keep things interesting.

Format:

20 minute unlimited lap Qualify
Race 1:........? LAPS WITH pit stop

10 minute unlimited lap Qualify
Race2:........? LAPS With pit stop. At least 4 tires must be changed.


POINTS:

1 point for pole position in both races.

Im in for sure, these are fantastic cars to drive! They have the best single seater cockpit i have seen in GSC...great handling on the stock setup even...cant imagine how great they will be with a good setup!

Our server is situated in South Africa with the time zone GMT +2.
We start racing at 20:00 on race days.
If you are in Florida, USA your race time will be 13:00

What an amazing car to drive. There not many cars i can say i enjoyed a first lap spin, but after a spin coming though the pack and driving this car hard is such a pleasure. The way it drives and the feel it gives is i think one of if not the best mod available!

A shame some guys got disconnected last night with internet or power issues. Well done to Eugene on a excellent race 2 win, and well done to Christo for his podiums and a excellent podium in race 1 for Francios.

Lets hope there is no power issues for the next meeting, a full field of these cars will be quite an amazing race indeed!

Really nice cars to drive.
Forgot to load setup for first race and couldn't understand why the car was not braking where it should. (Duah)
Finished a disappointing 5th in the first race.

Second race was much better and drove in 2nd place until pit stop on lap 11 and Denis passed me. Interesting race with Christo to the end with him overtaking me on the second last lap. Finished in 4th and look forward to Kyalami.
Thank you to all the drivers that took part.

PENALTIES FOR LAST NIGHT:

1. RaZoR= No qualify for race 1 at kyalami for typing in the chatbox during the race. You know the rules.

2. Christie= Official warning for driving into the back of Chad during the first lap of race 2 and destroying his car. Be more careful.

3. Francois=Official warning for missing brake point and taking Christo off the track at turn 1 in the 2nd race. Be more careful with the first lap.

Sorry all but I had the Eskom attack last night all was cool and then dark.
Maybe next time it will be better

Had a very uneventful race 1. Came last as usual but it still was a load of fun ! Second race I had a promising start but due to incidents directly in front of me i had to swerve of the track and picked up some right wheel damage. So finished in the usual last spot. But looking on the bright side I still made some points and finished both races !!

The heat is on.... some quick times at Kyalami already.

I'd like to join this evening please. Car # 2,3 or 4. ..or any other available number.

A track I will not mis, I could not get any comfy setup to get good pace out of it. Only after hearing Migs & Denis chat I think I know where I missed the boat on this one.
