After about 100 laps around Zandvoort in my #5 DTM Audi I managed a 1:30:014 lap. Top speed pegged at 273.5 kph.
Then I decided to take a Super GT 500 around the same track to feel the difference.
Here goes; The Super GT 500 cars are slightly better handling around corners than the DTM's we are currently driving. They have awesome braking power. They do not have the same top speed. Could only managed 263 kph on the same track but they make up through cornering effeciencies. They sound awesome too, especially the outside sound of the Honda. This motor screams down the straight revving a cool 9000 rpm. Both bonnet and cockpit views are great on them. Fully adjustable gear ratio's and suspension components. Awesome skins too, too many to make a selection from. Launch control to ensure everyone gets a good take off from the starting line.
So what was my lap time? I only changed the gearing leaving diff and suspension settings as per default and within 5 laps I had a time of 1:30:529. Wow that was a jol, roll on January 2015
Expect even closer racing with these cars.
Please do not download them from other sites as there is only 1 Honda, 1 Lexus and 1 Nissan to select. We have fixed the mod and added nearly (I think) 40 skins. After final testing it will be published in the MOD download section here at ShadowRacingRSA.

My impressions.....
Drove all three makes on a few tracks and yea, they feel great. The cars do feel a bit heavier than the DTM and take a bit more skill to drive, but very happy with our selection and know the drivers are really going to enjoy them.
My testing is complete and basically we ready to rock.
We will hold a test race with this mod next week on Wednesday night. I will inform you about the track to be used in a day or so. It will be a track we haven't driven on before. Hope to see you all there. The link will be posted later today on this thread.

I have checked every car in the mod and found a small problem with one of them. The first Honda...INKL has graphic issues when on track. Please do NOT use that car!
Otherwise all the others are fine.
