WELCOME TO SEASON 2

SKINS:
I have repacked them because, when the guys were unzipping them, the files changed names for some reason.
TO INSTALL: Unzip into a folder on your desktop.
1.Go to your game root folder(Where you installed the game)
2. Go to gamedata/Vehicles/F_Reiza.
3. Copy the TEAMS FOLDERS somewhere as a backup then DELETE THEM. (ONLY THE TEAM FOLDERS)
4. Now copy the folders in the skins mod you unzipped and paste them into the F_Reiza folder in the game. (Delete the others first. DO NOT OVERWRITE)
5. That's it, the skins are in.

RACE 1:
QUALIFY= 20 minutes unlimited laps.
RACE= 20 LAPS with pit stop.
RACE 2:
QUALIFY= 10 minutes unlimited laps.
RACE= 20 LAPS with pit stop.

TIRE CHOICE:
Track Default


The usual league rules apply to online racing. Make sure you read them!
Please read the overtaking rules. No excuse if you get a penalty.

Why was it changed to Suzuka? Don't tell me cause it is bumpy. I also drove it a bit last night. Lets do it & get it out of the way first.

We are using Suzuka.
A number of drivers are having problems with the bumpy track and Simtec are having a hard time keeping the cars on the road in the full motion rigs.
I will find a new version in the next few days.

Kevin, I think its crucial that we start testing tracks way before we put the link out on "next even" thread as the next track to race on.

Perhaps for Season 3, have a week or two break in between season, and lets start up a "commitie" of sorts to make sure tracks are usable so we can go ahead with full track list for season and have downloads available at the start.

We used this track for the DTM and they coped. However, the FReiza are a different story. Most of the drivers already have nearly all the tracks needed. All of them are usable. Now and again we come up against one that gives a problem.

The Nurburgring is a very cool track, nice textures and all. But with the Simulators its a completely different ball game, doing 300km/h down the Start/Finnish, i can hardly focus on the screen as my eye balls feel as if they want to divorce my face. LOL

I will try put up a video of me in the Simulator around Nurburgring, so that you can see what i mean. (Might not look like its moving a lot but trust me with actuators behind are moving at 300 mm/s, becomes quite intense).

Sorry about it, but am also trying to find a better less bumpy version of Nurburgring (if its possible).

Thanks man. Still waiting for you to come through and put these Simulators through their paces on the Formula Reiza . Put a nice video together for you, so the Shadow guys can see what an artist can do!.

Hahaha Kev i have no doubt you can race, but seems like we are on crayon pictures compared to Gert who is in a league of his own when it comes to Reiza.

Plus then i get to see what and how he does it so i can give him a run on the field

The Season ahead is long and a lot of drivers will be battling for the lead, make no mistake. He is the guy to beat but I think a few guys think they can.
Christo, Migs, RaZor to name a few.
Gonna be epic. (Oh, then there's you. We don't know how you perform.)

Yeah it is very cool. You do some nice comparisons between drivers.

Live Racers information is brilliant. Did you see how close the times are there???

Indeed, very close and how the times are achieved (race pace, qualifying pace?) is still a mystery. Looking forward to the actual race! I clearly need to lengthen my gears though...
