My Cockpit. ( Why I don't do open wheel racing at this point.
Hi all
I am just putting this on here so you can see why I am not doing F1 at the moment or basically any open wheel racing where I need the paddle shifters.
I have a custom rim on my G27 base and a custom shifter. I do use the shifter as a sequential shifter.
I have approached a shop to machine me new paddle shifters to extend them so it is easier and comfortable to reach them.
Once this is done then I will start joining open wheel racing.
Like you can see not the best but, I am busy building a racing rig with a 3 screen setup. When that is done I will post an update.

Already impressive Niel, just glue a piece of aluminium to the existing paddles to extend them.

Good stuff Niel...You could always use auto shift for open wheelers. At least you get some practice.

Thanks guys, Still allot more work to go in it before I will be Happy but then again it is like a disease, there is always something better or changes you can make.
Kevin I am not sure about auto shifting it will feel like I am cheating. I will get my paddle shifts by Friday if not then I will make a plan will like to be in the new season.

Howdy! If you still in need, i can get you some new paddles made up, drawn up and cut from stainless steel if you like...and anyone else needing any!
I have a G27, so can strip mine down, copy them and then just extend them however long is needed! Maybe i can make some as a demo and show them for you guys!
