FORMAT:

QUALIFY START TIME: 20:00

RACE 1:
QUALIFY= 25 minutes unlimited laps.
RACE= 30 minutes with pit stop.
RACE 2:
QUALIFY= 10 minutes unlimited laps.
RACE= 30 minutes with pit stop.

TIRE CHOICE:
Medium AND Hard

The usual league rules apply to online racing. Make sure you read them!

A Constructor's Championship will also be held. Just for fun. Drivers points will be combined.

Skins are fine, as long as all the guys can use them.

Cool, will be for a team (two drivers) if this one goes well i will make shadow racing varients for the Reiza if okes want, or stick with F1 liveries

someone hit me on the start and I stalled, Didn't want to talk on mumble to say bye, didn't want to distract you guys, anyways was fun wile it lasted c you guys next time.

So the famous Monzaaaaaaaaaaa has come and gone. Surprisingly I qualified in 2nd position for both races. Kyukyu was super fast off the starting line so he got in second place behind Gert followed by Kreshnik and then me. After many laps and mistakes by the guys in front and with Gert in an accident (sorry to hear) I found myself in the lead. Without a single mistake I could stay in front and finished in 1st place.
The second race had a restart due to some crashes in the first corner. On the restart I went offline sideways and unfortunately hit Kreshnik. I got straight again but he did not, so sorry Kreshnik. I finally finished the race in second behind Gert with a lot going out for some reason. WD to those who finished, see you all next Sunday at Singapore.

Quite a frustrating evening for me I must say. Race1 I started well, was in P2 a couple of seconds ahead of Christo (Gert was totally out of reach) but got a drive through for speeding in pit lane, and also had difficulties during the pit because Gert was there too, half a meter before me Must be a problem of the track? After these problems Christo was way ahead and we missed a possible nice fight.
Race2 I also started well and was in P2 again, then my wheel lost FFB and then disconnected...

Nonetheless it was nice to see so many people racing I must admit I'm not a great fan of these cars, so I hope to see many drivers at the DTM too!

Congratulations to Gert who was super fast, and also to Christo and KoperativaK who were very competitive. Well done guys!

Interesting night of racing at Monza last night. No Dewald & no Claudio. Dewald I know is fast, & from what I heard from Kev is that Claudio was very fast to. Kevin used Monza for his own rally cross event. LOL

I had some good pace. I made some small changes to my setup Sunday morning(wings) to see if I could improve my time. was using 13-15 wings. My car was very stable. I dropped it to 8-11 & changed my gear ratios up one notch. Car had less grip in the corners but more top end.
Race 1:
Q1 P3  Q time 1:23.8
Had a fearly good start. Got away clean & started to open a gap to Kyu that was in 2nd place at that stage. Then I came accross Kev running his own rallycross event on the track. OMW. He had a damaged car & loss controll of it completely. I tried to avoid him, but got tagged. Picked up a lot of damage. Managed to get to the pits for repairs. Pit stop ended being 85 seconds. Switch the car off & waited. St=arted the car at end of stop & went back out. There was still some damage on the car that could not be fixed. I was completely distracted after that 7 could not focus on the rest of the race. I made another mistake missing my brake marker on the last corner & lost my front wing. Pitted again, 15 seconds. After that went out & just took it easy to the end for 3rd. That was a surprise to get 3rd in that race.

Race 2:
Had a ok start. Got to first & Hennie went kamakazi on us. His dog jumped on his lap & he  missed his brake pedal. LOL.  Race was restarted. 2nd time around had  Fear start, just kept the car in a straight line. Got into turn 1 first & started settling into the race. Was not pushing it hard. Christo was not to far behind me in second place.  After a few laps started to push it a bit to increase the gap to Christo. On my inlap for my pti stop I allmost had an issue with someone spinning. After race 1 that was to close for me. I pitted before Christo. After my pit I was about 19secs behind Christo. He pitted shortly after me. After his pit he was a gfew seconds behind me running a good pace. I slowly increased my pace to try & build a bigger gap to him. Managed a 1:24.XXX race lap time while the tyres were in good nic. With about 2 laps left I had an 17seconds gap to Christo. I slowed down the last few laps to bring it home. Big up to Hennie for his 3rd place & to Christo being very consistant.

Bloody dog, just pick the perfect time.

So sorry for causing a restart, will take any penalty.

was i dreaming or dit i get a 3rd?

My first race was a disaster, went in too cautious for turn 1 and got hit from behind, had to pit on lap 1, was at least 40 second stop, went into pit just over limit and got hit with a stop n go, at that stage already lapped twice was considering retiring but i thought bugger that, put my big boy panties on and drove like batman, caught up to Rudolph (Again well done Rudolph two starts two finish ) was trying to unlap myself when i got to Kevin, was sitting behind him looking for a lekker spot to pass, he lost it badly, and i tboned him hard, hat to pit again, Rudoplh went past me again after a lenghty pit it took about 3/4 laps i think and took Rudoplh, managed a 4th.

Second race, after my Daschund decided to come seek attention we had a restart, I manage to avoid some carnage comming into turn 1 on the left. Had a massive tussle with Charl at a stage to get past, he drove very well to keep me behind him, as I was very unsure when and where to take him, as i was about a second quicker a lap it was a matter of time. Managed to overtake Charl, tried hard to get as much gap as possible, was up to about 11 seconds at a stage.

Decided to pit and as i hit pit request button i had a bit of a scare, Charl managed to catch up a little and we entered pits almost at the same time, luckily my pit stop was normal just tyres and i screetched it out of there, with Charl close behind, not sure what happend to him half lap later but I just saw the retired feed.

Managed for the rest of race to stay on the black stuff took it easy for a few laps to save some fuel (yip took a gamble on race 2, managed to finish with 0.6L) Felt good finishing 3rd.

What a disaster in the first race!
Hit the armco and spun the car about 200 times
Then tried to return to the pits, only to have the car spin again, right in the path of Gert. So sorry my friend. I will take an official warning and a no qualify penalty for the next race.

Race 2 was much better., with the car driving well although a bit of understeer. Got a well deserved 4th place.
